The JB Design team is made up of a handful of experienced professionals, each bringing their own speciality and expertise to the table.

J Berry—J is an experienced branding and identity professional. He’s an idea person who can conceive, develop, and express complex branding and identity systems. He believes in working as a partner with clients, encouraging teamwork, and flawlessly executing a project through its completion and targeted business results.  His portfolio includes design work for many known brands including: Allied Signal, American Express, Boehringer Ingelheim, Boston Lyric Opera, Canon, Credit Suisse, Debevoise & Plimpton, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank A.G., ESPN, FedEx, GE, IBM, International Paper, Johnson & Johnson, Lindenmeyr Munroe, Mony, MFA Boston, NBC, Oxygen Media, PBF Energy, Pepsi, Pfizer, Pratt and Whitney, Swiss Army, Terex, Texaco, Wal-Mart and YMCA  Prior to JB Design, J led brand-marketing efforts at firms in New York City and Connecticut, playing a key role in the development and maintenance of programs for Texaco and Johnson & Johnson. Active within the design community, J has served on the board of directors of the Connecticut Art Directors Club (CADC). While J is proud of the numerous design awards his work has earned – including, most recently, a Gold Award from Communication Arts – that is not his source of motivation. Instead, his incentive is derived from the satisfaction of being part of the development and long-term success of the brands he works with.  When not feverishly meeting deadlines, J can be found under the hood of his vintage Mustang or making fresh tracks on the ski slopes in Colorado.

Kim Hua—Kim is involved in all aspects of the office's operations, she has collaborated on branding efforts for a broad spectrum of corporate and consumer brands in industries ranging from technology to healthcare to fashion. Under Kim's leadership, JB Design has partnered with a wide array of clients, including NBC, ESPN and other well-known brands.

Jull Weber — With creative front-end web development of 15+ years of experience, Jull is passionate about transforming abstract ideas into innovative solutions. Whether developing compelling online experiences, or problem-solving, Jull strives for delivering amazing applications and user experiences that are engaging, intuitive, and  easy to use.  Before joining JB Design, Jull has worked with a variety of agencies, creating numerous online user experiences for clients such as Disney, ESPN, Honda, Turbotax, Dole, Nestlé, Lenovo laptops, Qantas, Suzuki, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and many more. Jull is fluent in Javascript, PHP, Zend, Magento, HTML5, CSS2/3, JQuery, Flash AS2/AS3, Wordpress, Responsive/Mobile, Bigcommerce, HTML5 Banner Ads, Mediamind and  specializes in Wordpress and E-commerce platforms.  Jull avidly trained in computer science and engineering programs at Purdue University and MIT since the age of 11. He began his focus on technical and software design at MIT. Unlike most developers who are comfortable behind a desk, Jull enjoys frequenting the gym and  keeping in tip top shape.

Wells Rich Greene. Young & Rubicam. Greg has created print, TV, radio, direct, collateral and Web/interactive campaigns for clients from Honda, Mattel and Microsoft to Chase Manhattan Bank, Mazda, IBM, and Philip Morris. Greg’s focus continues to be 100% on the work. No matter how many meetings, teleconferences or video conferences are conducted to arrive at the right strategy or messaging, in the end it all comes down to the ad, direct mail piece, website, brochure, poster, radio spot or banner. He has a broad range of experience with managing large budget digital ad campaigns for 100s of brands including CocaCola, Hershey, KitchenAid, Philips, Crayola, Budweiser, Guinness, Cuisinart and Casio, to helping software companies, travel services, trade schools and local service providers too.  A trusted adviser who is able to equip ecommerce and marketing divisions of corporations with sound guidance on online marketing strategy and technology to maximize efficiency, grow revenue and generate positive ROI. Jason Richard - With a foundation as an art director in traditional advertising, Jason quickly fell in love with this thing called The Internet. Learning all things digital in 1996, Jason focused his career on his new found love for the web. Bringing 23 years of experience to the digital table and counting, Jason now leads the digital creative and UX strategies at JB Design.
