YMCA of New Canaan first approached JB Design to refresh and simplify its complex website. Navigation was confusing, information wasn’t well-organized, and site visits were declining each month. We completely redesigned the Y’s website top to bottom – and based on that successful experience, we were then asked to revisit the Y’s entire collateral and direct mail system with a fresh eye.
